Navigating Global Shipping: An Update from Giants of the North
Share
We understand that global events can impact everyone, and we wanted to provide you with a transparent update on how these changes might affect Giants of the North and you, our valued customers. We cherish your support, no matter where you are in the world, and we share your passion for Dungeons & Dragons and other TTRPGs.
Giants of the North is a Canadian-based company, and all our core content is created right here in Canada. However, we collaborate with talented creatives worldwide to bring our products to life. As a small, independent team, we strive to deliver high-quality resources for your D&D games.
While the full impact of evolving tariffs remains uncertain, we want to provide you with detailed information about where our products are manufactured and shipped from. Here's a breakdown:
- Digital Products (PDFs): We're pleased to confirm that our digital products, such as PDF versions of our books, are not affected by recent tariff changes.
- Kickstarter Physical Books: Our Kickstarter physical books are printed in bulk within Canada. This allows us to maintain strict quality control before shipping them to our amazing backers worldwide.
- Print-on-Demand Physical Books: Following our Kickstarter fulfillment, we utilize a print-on-demand service based in the UK for our physical books. This ensures efficient and timely delivery for our customers.
- Merchandise (T-shirts, Glasses, etc.): Our merchandise is produced on-demand in the United States. This allows us to offer a wide range of products while minimizing costs for our small company.
- Bards vs. Humility: A Party Game for Spicy Bards: This game is printed in China and shipped directly from the manufacturer. We chose this partner for their quality and cost-effectiveness, allowing us to offer the game at a competitive price.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we navigate these evolving circumstances. We remain committed to providing you with the best possible products and services.
Thank you,
Giants of the North
