Shipping Policy: Giants of the North

Thank you for choosing Giants of the North! Since many of our unique products (like our apparel, books, and accessories) are created and shipped using specialized Print-on-Demand (POD) partners around the world, our shipping process is slightly different from standard retail.

Please review the details below to understand how your order will be processed and shipped.

1. Order Processing Time

Your order is sent to the appropriate POD partner for creation as soon as it is placed.

  • Standard Processing Time: Most orders are prepared and shipped within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Business Hours & Time Zones: Processing occurs during business hours, Monday through Friday, but the specific cutoff time depends on the product category:
    • Books: Follow UK (United Kingdom) Time. Exception for Canadian orders, which is Central time
    • Merchandise (T-shirts, Glasses, etc.): Follow Pacific Time.

2. Shipping Rates, Carriers, and Transit Times

Our shipping rates and carriers vary based on your geographic location and the manufacturing location of the product you ordered.

  • Accurate Rates: For the most accurate shipping rates and estimated transit times, please add your desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. The system will display the final costs and options based on your delivery address.
  • Global Shipping: We ship to most countries around the world. Please check the available shipping options and rates displayed in your cart.

Please note you may be responsible for duties, tariffs and taxes as the item arrives in your country.

3. Order Tracking

While we strive to provide tracking for every shipment, availability can depend on the specific carrier and shipping option selected at checkout.

  • Tracking Number: A tracking number is provided for most orders.
  • No Tracking Options: Some cost-effective shipping options do not include tracking. If tracking is important to you, please be sure to select a trackable shipping option during checkout.
  • Tracking Notification: Your tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided as soon as your order has been processed and a label has been created.

4. Lost or Damaged Products

We stand behind the quality of the products created by our POD partners.

If your product arrives damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately:

  • Our Guarantee: We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. In most cases, we can arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
